Massive Doors in Leander

We were tasked with removing this door and set of three windows from this stucco exterior. This was to make way for an extra large sliding patio door that brought in a ton of natural light and a nice open view to their beautiful back yard and greenbelt. 

We removed these three windows as well. We were tasked with replacing them with a large sliding door while removing them as carefully as possible. The owners wanted to repurpose two of the removed windows to add them to their master bedroom.

Progress! Stucco was opened up, windows and doors removed, and new headers were built and installed in these large openings.

These doors were massive and look at the view it opened up to that beautiful backyard and greenbelt in Leander. It doesn't get much better than that!

Three panel doors instead of the larger four panel on the dining room wall, but equally impressive views with the opening and sooooo much natural light coming into the home now!

All dried in and stucco patched up. This whole wall got a new coat of stucco so no transitions were seen from the old stucco and the patchwork! Great job guys, true magicians of the trade!

Also all dried in with stucco patched, and again, this entire wall received a brand new coat of stucco and paint so there were no transitions from the old to the patchwork. The new pergola can be seen above this three panel door as well all custom built with stained cedar.

A better view of the extra large patio tied into the framing of the home before the stocco work was completed. A beautiful way to add a bit of shade on those hot summer days!

A new privacy pergola was built along this fence.

And another privacy pergola was built along this fence. Staining wasn't quite finished on this one, yet, but was too nice of a day not to snap a photo.
